Confidential is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own our ecommerce and marketing function in the UK. You will drive online growth, own the ecommerce site, and steer lifecycle marketing across CRM, email, and social channels.

You’ll Lead a small marketing team, partner with external agencies, and shape our brand visibility with data-driven strategies focused on conversions and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Experience as Digital Marketing Manager or Ecommerce/Growth role.
• Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo + email marketing.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce journeys and CRO.
• Proven ability to drive online revenue and engagement.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimise the ecommerce website to maximise conversions.
• Monitor trading performance, sales, and ecommerce KPIs.
• Grow online revenue, AOV and customer retention.
• Lead CRM and email marketing campaigns and automations.
• Develop social media strategies to boost engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and SEO agencies to maximise ROI.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights; manage a small marketing team.
