Domaine is the world’s largest independent Shopify design and development partner, seeking a Commercial Director to drive new business across Europe & the UK. You will build senior-level relationships, propose tailored ecommerce solutions, and close high-value deals while leading sales strategy and market insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in ecommerce sales within agencies, proven closing ability, and strong Shopify knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem and agency landscape.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and trusted relations.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and tailor solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target and engage key clients; build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve revenue targets and close deals.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and engineering to craft tailored solutions.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals communicating Domaine's value.
• Manage and grow existing accounts; spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends to sharpen sales strategy and conversations.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and client engagement with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
