Club L London is seeking a commercially minded Trading Lead to own revenue, conversion and margin for a defined market. You will shape homepage strategy, merchandising and promotions, and implement search rules to maximise performance.

Lead weekly trading reviews, build and prioritise trading initiatives, run experimentation programmes and share insights with Marketing, Merch, Product and Supply Chain. You will become the commercial expert for your territory, use data and AI to accelerate
