They are looking for a curious, motivated individual eager to be at the forefront of the industry. The company has offices in Athens, Dubai, and plans to open an office in Liverpool soon.

About you

We seek a professional to develop and execute cutting-edge paid media strategies that deliver exceptional results for e-commerce clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies across multiple platforms, with a need for strong commercial acumen and effective communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the eCommerce Team: Manage a rapidly growing AI agency, overseeing a team of strategists.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Client Relationship & Campaign Oversight: Maintain strong client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and support new business audits.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage client account budgets and forecasts.
  • Innovative Techniques: Stay ahead by adopting emerging AI technologies and collaborate with the Digital Innovation and Automation Lab (DIAL).
  • Account Team Management: Lead the account team, ensuring operational efficiency and financial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement digital growth strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring timely delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Team Management: Manage daily account operations, provide team leadership, and ensure strategic alignment using tools like Asana.
  • New Business Development: Conduct channel audits to support new business initiatives and demonstrate understanding of goals and tactics.
Core Competencies
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-evolving digital marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess information and make strategic decisions.
  • Over 3 years of PPC campaign management experience across major digital channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Effective budget management and insightful contribution to financial planning.
  • Collaborative mindset, team-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Flexibility in working arrangements.
