Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain partner relationships with one of our top eCommerce accounts. The role encourages creativity in presenting innovative solutions with a test-and-learn mentality, balancing priority execution with strategic planning to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, UK & Ireland, this collaborative team values creativity, performance, and personal development. If this excites you, apply now!

Core Responsibilities
  • Business ownership – full accountability for the end-to-end account
  • Managing one of our largest eCommerce accounts and three smaller accounts in UK & Ireland
  • Including short and long-term business planning, financial management, and execution of commercial priorities
  • Collaboration – building relationships across internal and external partners such as Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Operations to implement retailer plans and support company initiatives
  • Negotiation – leading discussions via joint business plans and daily partner collaboration to ensure strong ROI
  • Personal development – creating personal development plans to enhance key competencies and stay updated on emerging trends

Ideal candidates will have account management experience, a proven track record of results, and preferably UK & Ireland eCommerce market exposure. Lead with curiosity, bravery, and focus.

  • Experience in sales or related commercial functions
  • Consistent record of strong results and high accountability
  • Ability to persuade others using relevant data and analytical skills
  • Balance of short-term results and long-term strategy
  • Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple partners
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work 3 days in our Slough office (2 days remote)
