Veolia is recruiting for a Transport Service Coordinator in Basingstoke. The role involves day-to-day management of service delivery, coordinating vehicle routes, and maintaining close contact with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.

Key requirements include knowledge of transport compliance and WTD, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a busy workload with IT tools, including Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Understand transport compliance and WTD.
• Good communication with drivers, frontline staff and customers.
• Able to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace with a quality system (ISO).
• Experienced IT skills and ability to adapt to Google operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of service delivery and route allocation.
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders, providing status updates.
• Conduct debriefs with frontline staff and report actions or updates.
