Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of service delivery and dynamic allocation of work to vehicles/routes.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, provide status updates and driver liaison.
• Complete debriefs with frontline staff and report actions or updates.
• Engage face-to-face with drivers to resolve route issues.
• Report safety concerns or container damage and stop the job if unsafe.
• Ensure Veolia on-site compliance with WTD, operator license and transport rules.
