Care Outlook LTD in Lambeth seeks an Electronic Call Monitoring Officer/Administrator to ensure compliant medication administration and ECM system integrity. You will monitor carers' time, generate reports for payroll and invoicing, and support staff in using the ECM platform.

The role requires experience with ECM/CM2000, strong data analysis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced domiciliary care environment while upholding privacy standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage the Electronic Call Monitoring system.
• Ensure accurate recording of carers' time spent at each client visit.
• Produce reports for management, payroll and invoicing.
• Respond to alerts on the system regarding missed calls or late visits.
• Liaise with carers to document reasons for late or missed visits.
• Support staff with ECM system usage.
• Participate in On-Call out-of-hours service as required.
• Adhere to privacy policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ECM system and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless ECM integration.
