Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to roster and template care calls using an electronic system in our London area services. You will directly manage the care team, supervise staff development, and ensure care plans and risk assessments meet service user needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment with the branch, handling emergencies, maintaining quality standards and responding to complaints while supporting on-call duties; a full driving

Qualifications

• Experience rostering care calls on an electronic system.
• Experience in Care Coordinating or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential).

Responsibilities

• Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
• Direct management of the care team and staff development.
• Create, manage and monitor care plans and risk assessments to meet user needs.
• Coordinate with Recruitment to ensure staffing levels.
• Provide care services and arrange emergency cover when required.
• Answer calls promptly and communicate respectfully.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on quality standards and handle complaints promptly.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best care standards.
