Job summary

East London Care and Support is seeking two Care Coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, effective care coordination and high-quality service for clients. The role involves managing ECMS like Birdie Care, maintaining thorough records, and supporting carers with supervision, training and performance feedback.

The post requires excellent communication, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, with duties covering rota management, client reviews and ongoing care

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electronic Care Management (ECM) systems and strong IT skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and carers.
• Experience handling confidential information and Data Protection compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage rotas and on-call duties to ensure full coverage.
• Coordinate care delivery, assessments and care notes with carers and clients.
• Maintain accurate client and carer records and GDPR-compliant paperwork.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and training of carers; support peer training.
