Job summary

Loreburn Housing Association Limited is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a patch of homes across Dumfries and Galloway. The role covers tenancy and estate management, lettings, rent accounts, and tenant engagement.

You will build positive relationships with tenants, handle enquiries, support tenancy sustainment, and work with partner agencies to improve neighbourhoods. Home-based with regular regional travel and attendance at patch meetings.

• Manage a patch of homes and provide a generic housing management service (tenancy & estate management, lettings, rent accounts).
• Engage tenants and communities; sustain tenancies and resolve issues with practical solutions.
• Work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and maintain safe, well‑kept neighbourhoods.
• Balance varied workloads and priorities while maintaining tenant-focused service delivery.
