Job summary

Homes Plus is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a customer-focused housing management service, handling tenancy and neighbourhood issues and safeguarding processes. The role covers a regional patch and requires strong partnership with internal teams and external organisations.

You will provide tenancy sustainment support, inspect communal areas, and help ensure safe, well-maintained communities while managing service charge budgets and working flexibly across three weekdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housing management across rented tenures with understanding of tenancy law.
• Experience delivering housing/tenancy or neighbourhood management in a customer-focused organisation.
• Experience managing issues such as anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches or safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused housing management service across a regional patch and take ownership of tenancy and neighbourhood issues.
• Regularly inspect communal areas and address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Oversee service charge budgets and work with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers through safeguarding procedures.
