Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. seeks a Sales Operations Support Manager for the Earthmoving division in Biggleswade. You will oversee the day-to-day Sales Support activities, ensuring targets are met and customer service remains outstanding.

You will collaborate with logistics providers, After Sales and Workshops, monitor performance against KPIs, and contribute to the department’s budgeting, stock planning and commercial strategy. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are essential.

• Data analysis and report creation.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRMs.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Sales Support functions and staff.
• Co-ordinate with logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
• Monitor performance targets, budgets and cost management for the department.
• Liaise with After Sales Departments and Workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the purchasing of non-Liebherr third party items to fit machines.
• Responsible for new machine invoice and delivery targets monthly.
• Ensure annual stock forecasts and planning align with objectives.
• Liaise with finance to ensure payments are received and processed timely.
• Work with Regional Sales Managers on forecasts and delivery planning.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases for management reports.
• Maintain workflow, SLAs, tracking of metrics and departmental reporting.
• Support and attend trade shows as required.
