Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee the Sales Support team and ensure excellent customer service across the UK. You will collaborate with the Divisional Manager for Earth Moving, logistics providers, and finance to drive on-time deliveries and accurate reporting.

The role focuses on performance monitoring, KPI tracking, stock forecasting, and enhancing operational processes to support commercial strategy and overall sales success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales/operations role in a manufacturing environment.
• Data analysis and ability to create reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Sales Support operations and staff to meet targets.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance, budgets and department cost management.
• Liaise with After Sales and Workshops to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure stock forecasts and planning align with business objectives.
• Provide management reports and KPI tracking.
