Job summary

Judicium is seeking an Early Years tutor assessor for a permanent, on-site role in London. You will plan holistically from interview to programme completion, delivering high-quality training and EYTS assessment to trainees in the early years sector.

You will oversee visits, provide coaching, maintain records in Mosaic, and ensure safeguarding and Prevent awareness are integrated into training. A strong assessor background is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold an assessor qualification.
• Hold IV/IQA qualification.
• Strong IT skills and experience with e-portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Complete termly skills reviews and identify gaps against EYITT themes.
• Conduct visits with trainees, observe in workplaces, liaise with mentors.
• Maintain trainee records and monitor progression on Mosaic.
