Job summary

The National Skills Agency is seeking a dedicated trainer/assessor to plan, coordinate and mentor apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. The role is home-based with travel to nurseries and employers within assigned areas to ensure timely progression of programmes.

Ideal candidates will have EY qualifications, strong communication, time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• CAVA/A1 award or working towards is required or expected.
• Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment.
• Visit learners and employers across assigned areas.
• Keep up to date with policies and procedures and provide admin support.
