Job summary

National Skills Agency is seeking a dedicated trainer/mentor to support apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. The role is home-based with travel to nursery settings to visit learners and employers within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• CAVA, A1 award or working towards
• Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Holistically plan, coordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector
• Share knowledge from the Early Years sector with apprentices to ensure timely completion of their programme
• Busy role with a mix of appointments, admin and keeping up to date with policies and procedures
• Demonstrate time-management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
