Job summary

National Skills Agency is seeking a flexible trainer to oversee training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. The role is based from your home address with travel to learners as needed, combining admin with hands-on mentoring.

You will plan, co-ordinate and monitor programmes, ensuring compliance with latest policies and delivering timely progress for learners. The ideal candidate brings Early Years expertise and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Years qualification (CAVA/A1) or working towards.
• Experience in Early Years sector.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices.
• Travel to meet learners as required.
• Keep up to date with latest policies and procedures.
