Job summary

AWD online in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Tutor to support apprentices across Suffolk and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment.

You will manage a caseload, work with employers to ensure learners achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours for a successful career in early years education, with funded assessor development and flexible home-based working when not on site.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ qualification in Early Years
• Recent industry experience in an Early Years setting
• Experience of teaching, mentoring or coaching others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and digital skills with caseload management
• Full Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS check required

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and support progress
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment for Early Years apprenticeship standards
• Carry out workplace reviews and assessments with employers and learners
• Embed English, Maths and professional behaviours in learning plans
• Maintain accurate learner records and e-portfolio updates
• Build strong employer relationships to support programme quality and growth
• Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment
• Uphold safeguarding and quality standards
