An education training provider is seeking a qualified Early Years Trainer Assessor to support learners in completing their Early Years apprenticeships and short courses. The role is home-based with travel required within a 45-mile radius. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of learners, delivering qualifications, and using an e-portfolio system to track progress. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage their own schedule. Qualifications
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential.
Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33/CAVA) is essential.
A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
