Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an Early Years Assessor. The role is home based, covering learners in St Albans and surrounding areas, with a fixed 31k–33k annual salary depending on experience.

You will manage a caseload remotely, assess Early Years Apprenticeships, and deliver mentorship to learners through to qualification completion. The position is full-time and permanent, with Mon-Fri hours, travel expenses covered, and equipment provided.

• Assessing experience, delivering Early Years Apprenticeships.
• Mentorship and coaching of learners through to completion.
• Ability to manage a caseload remotely and on visits.

Early Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses

• The role is full‑time, permanent

Purpose of the role: Early Years Assessor

You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
