Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an Early Years Assessor. The role is home based, covering learners in St Albans and surrounding areas, with a fixed 31k–33k annual salary depending on experience.

You will manage a caseload remotely, assess Early Years Apprenticeships, and deliver mentorship to learners through to qualification completion. The position is full-time and permanent, with Mon-Fri hours, travel expenses covered, and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Assessing experience, delivering Early Years Apprenticeships.
• Mentorship and coaching of learners through to completion.
• Ability to manage a caseload remotely and on visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners including Functional Skills.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to learners through to qualification completion.
• Cover learners in St Albans and surrounding area with remote and on-site visits.
