Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an Early Years Assessor. This full-time, permanent role is home-based with learners in St Albans and surrounding areas.

You will manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners remotely and on-site visits, providing mentorship until completion of the qualification. The role offers a £31k-£33k annual salary, full travel expenses, and generous leave including Christmas and annual holidays.

Qualifications

• Assessing experience and delivering Early Years Apprenticeships.
• UK driving license and own transport.
• Home Based role covering St Albans and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills).
• Provide mentorship and coaching to learners through to completion of their apprenticeship.
• Engage remotely via telephone, video, email and visit learners at their place of work.

Purpose of the role: Early Years Assessor
