RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to support high‑volume graduate, school leaver and placement recruitment. You will guide applicants through each stage, from VAC to offer and first day, acting as the main contact and ensuring a smooth, consistent candidate experience.

You will work with the Early Careers and People teams to align processes, attend national events, and travel to other RSM offices as needed.

Qualificações

• Role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and balancing priorities.
• Experience in administrative, logistics or customer service roles is ideal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a reliable point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment journey.
• Guide candidates from offer through to their first day at RSM.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and VACs across offices.
• Provide tailored, proactive communication to applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain data and reports on recruitment activity and SLAs.
