Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to support high-volume recruitment for graduate, school leaver and placement programmes. You will guide applicants through each stage, coordinate assessments and offers, and act as a trusted point of contact from application to start day.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics or customer service roles is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an enthusiasm to learn new systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment activities across programmes.
• Serve as the main contact for applicants throughout the process.
• Support offer stage to onboarding and first day arrangements.
• Coordinate travel and attendance at internal/external events as required.
• Collaborate with Early Careers and People teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to line managers.
