Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to help deliver high-volume graduate, school leaver and placement recruitment with an exceptional candidate experience.

You will act as a reliable point of contact through every stage, guiding applicants from VAC to first day, collaborating with Early Careers and the wider People team, and travelling to national offices and events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics and/or customer service roles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Host virtual assessment centres (VAC) and create a welcoming environment for candidates.
• Maintain contact with candidates from VAC confirmation to their first day, building rapport.
• Contact candidates by phone and email to answer queries and gather additional information.
• Coordinate assessor wash-up sessions after VACs and ensure feedback is collected and actions taken.
• Provide tailored feedback on VAC performance and outline next steps where appropriate.
• Liaise with the wider early careers team to support final interview scheduling.
• Deliver verbal offers, issue offer documents, and be the primary contact through start day.
• Proactively engage candidates to minimise reneges and ensure commitment to start date.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Preboarding teams for a smooth post-offer experience.
• Report on VAC numbers, final interview invitations, and candidate dropouts; flag issues to management.
