Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month secondment to support high-volume recruitment across graduate, school leaver, placement, work experience and internships. You will guide applicants through the recruitment journey, acting as a reliable point of contact from offer through to first day, and collaborate with the wider People team.

You’ll travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events as needed, ensuring consistent, positive candidate

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels, via email, phone and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Host virtual assessment centres (VAC) and create a welcoming candidate experience.
• Maintain contact with candidates from VAC to start date, building rapport.
• Contact candidates by phone and email to answer queries and gather information.
• Coordinate assessor wash-up sessions, collate feedback and ensure consistent processes.
• Provide tailored feedback on VAC performance and outline next steps.
• Schedule final interviews for successful candidates and support offers.
• Deliver verbal offers and onboarding documentation, staying as the main contact until start day.
• Engage candidates to minimise reneges and ensure commitment to start date.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Early Careers Preboarding teams for a smooth post-offer experience.
• Regularly report VAC numbers, invitations and dropouts to the line manager.
