Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12‑month secondment. You will facilitate high‑volume recruitment across early career programmes, guiding applicants from VAC through to their first day. You will collaborate with the Early Careers and People teams to ensure a consistent, supportive candidate journey.

You will travel to national offices and attend external events, ensuring a smooth process and a positive candidate experience from application to start date.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, logistics and/or recruitment support role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual assessment centres (VAC) and support the VAC process.
• Maintain contact with candidates from VAC confirmation to start date, building rapport.
• Deliver verbal offers and manage offer documentation, supporting candidates through preboarding.
• Schedule final interviews and assist with onboarding and post-offer experience.
• Travel to other national RSM offices and assist at events as required.
