Job summary

RSM UK is recruiting an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to support high-volume recruitment across graduate, school leaver and placement programmes. You’ll guide candidates through each stage, from VAC to first day, acting as a reliable point of contact and collaborating with the wider People team to ensure a seamless journey.

You’ll travel to national offices and attend external events, delivering offers and supporting candidates until their start date.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics or customer service roles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Host virtual assessment centres and foster a welcoming candidate environment.
• Maintain contact with VAC candidates through to their first day.
• Answer queries by phone and email; deliver excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate assessor wash-up sessions and collate feedback.
• Provide tailored feedback on VAC performance and next steps.
• Assist with final interview scheduling and offer documents.
