Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month secondment. You will guide applicants through the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and acting as the primary contact from offer through to day one.

Travel to national offices and occasional evening events are required. You will collaborate with the Early Careers and People teams to ensure consistency, support, and a positive journey for every candidate, while reporting on VAC and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual assessment centres and candidate communications to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain contact with candidates from VAC confirmation to start date, acting as a RSM ambassador.
• Answer queries by phone and email and gather information for a great candidate experience.
• Coordinate assessor wash-up sessions and ensure feedback and actions are tracked.
• Support interview scheduling and deliver verbal offers, guiding candidates through onboarding.
