The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Pool Host to join our team at Bedruthan Spa on a fixed-term contract from 23rd May to 31st October 2025. Immediate availability is preferred, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. In this role, you will ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our guests using the outdoor pools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pool Oversight: Oversee the outdoor pool areas, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all guests.
2. Guest Services: Provide exceptional poolside services, adhering to company standards and health & safety guidelines.
3. Health & Safety: Follow health & safety procedures as outlined in the normal operating procedure (NOP).
4. Emergency Procedures: Execute emergency procedures as per the company's emergency action plan (EAP) and complete accident reports.
5. Guest Experience: Deliver a professional yet informal service, making guests feel hosted and well-cared for.
6. Spa Support: Support other Spa roles during your daily activities, offering flexibility in responsibilities.
