The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Pool Host to join our team at Bedruthan Spa on a fixed-term contract from 23rd May to 31st October 2025. Immediate start is preferred, with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. You will ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our guests using the outdoor pools.

Key Responsibilities

• Pool Oversight: Oversee the outdoor pool areas, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all guests.
• Guest Services: Provide excellent poolside service, following company operating procedures and health & safety standards.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to health & safety protocols outlined in the normal operating procedure (NOP).
• Emergency Procedures: Implement emergency procedures as per the company's emergency action plan (EAP) and complete accident reports.
• Guest Experience: Deliver a friendly, professional, yet informal service, making guests feel hosted and cared for.
• Spa Support: Support other spa roles during your shifts as needed.
