City West Countryis delighted to be looking for aWeekend Hoston a causal contract to joinBYD South West, based in Plymouth.

They have ground breaking "blade battery" technology which means each battery can achieve improved range, over traditional lithium batteries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the BYD team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

Within this role the successful candidate will be giving the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, ensuring customers and visitors receive an immediate and courteous welcome. And, to also ensure all customers are directed to the relevant Sales Consultant and that their details are correctly put into the Host Module – emphasis is on ensuring a seamless interaction between the sales team and customer.

Salary:

£12.21 per hour

Working Hours:

This would be on a casual contract to cover the hours on a Saturday 0900 - 1700 and Sunday 1000 - 1600 when needed.

Weekend Host Responsibilities:

  • Provides ‘meet’ and ‘greet’ support for the sales department
  • Approaches & welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner
  • Personally establishes contact between customers and an appropriate member of staff
  • Provides administrative support to the sales department
  • Delivers consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in the completion of information
  • Communicates and develops strong personnel relationships with customers
  • Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
  • Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
