An exceptionally friendly, fun, non-hierarchical, and highly successful boutique finance house based in gorgeous Central London offices is looking for an EA/Office Coordinator to join their growing international team. A company whose core values are staff welfare and transparency – your voice is always heard, and your opinion is valued in this refreshingly dynamic team. It is much more relaxed in feel than your average finance house. You will be working within a close-knit and collaborative team of EAs/Office Managers.

It is a dual role combining both 1:1 EA support to an exceptionally busy Director, and general office support duties. This role requires someone capable of providing dedicated, fast-paced EA support as well as someone muck in and be flexible enough to help with all areas of running the office and supporting the team.

The duties will include: extensive diary management, booking international travel, scheduling meetings, restaurant reservations, booking accommodation, managing and ordering office supplies, meeting room management, meeting and greeting clients, hospitality, general upkeep of the office, and planning office events.

They are looking for previous EA/PA/Team PA experience, and this person must have experience with diary management and booking international travel. Personality and attitude are key to this hire - a team-player who is professional, friendly, warm, always willing to help where needed, and has a no job is too big or small attitude.
