About the Role

We are seeking a leader to head Lloyd’s Claims Operations, focusing on operational efficiency and maximizing value-added activities through appropriate infrastructure and information access.

This leadership position involves driving innovation in data, technology, and reporting, while collaborating with market partners and regulators to ensure robust, innovative processes and high data quality for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for change and improvement, responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing efficiency solutions in identified areas, continuously evolving the Target Operating Model.
  2. Pursuing innovation initiatives in collaboration with the Innovation lead, preparing Claims for BluePrint2 delivery.
  3. Leading data improvement initiatives for Claims.
  4. Managing projects related to Claims strategy, resource modeling, and process analysis to shorten cycles and enhance the Lloyd’s platform.
  5. Reporting on objectives, budgets, and project delivery.
  6. Overseeing outsource/vendor relationships.
  7. Ensuring process efficiency, documentation, and stakeholder communication, including reciprocal data flows.
  8. Liaising with market representatives on operational initiatives.
  9. Managing regulatory relationships, ensuring compliance and documentation.

This role reports to the Claims Director and is part of the claims leadership team, contributing to the strategic and operational performance of the market.
