Newly created position to lead the Claims Oversight team in its pursuit of raising performance of our members and elevating the status of Claims in the Lloyd’s market.
This is a leadership role ensuring that claims management is at the centre of all Lloyd’s businesses and operating in line with the principles of doing business at Lloyd’s.You will need a proven track record in managing external entities; overseeing their end to end process and performance. You could be from a Claims, Delegated Authority, Audit or Operations background.
Key accountabilities of this role:
Reporting to the Claims Director of Lloyd’s, this role forms part of the claims leadership team that have a vital part to play in the strategic and operational delivery of oversight to the market.
