This newly created position leads Lloyd’s Claims Operations to pursue operational efficiency, focusing on value-added activities through the right infrastructure and access to information.
This leadership role drives innovation in data, technology, and reporting, forging partnerships across the market and with regulators to ensure robust and innovative processes and high data quality for effective strategic decisions. You need to be a strategic thinker, with an appetite for change and improvement, to deliver the key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Claims Director of Lloyd’s, this role is part of the claims leadership team, playing a vital role in the strategic and operational performance of the market.
