Finitas has partnered with a reputable M&A (Re)Insurance business to find a Head of Technical Due Diligence on a permanent basis.

You will report to the M&A Director and join a small, global team. The role involves evaluating and conducting due diligence on reinsurance transactions and insurance liability acquisitions.

The position offers growth into a managerial role, with opportunities to lead the technical and claims due diligence across various transactions.

Experience requirements:

1. Excellent claims handling technical experience and knowledge
2. Strong M&A background
3. Technical Re/Insurance and Claims experience
4. Exceptional data analytical skills
