A forward-thinking company seeks an Entry Level Customer Repairs Administrator in Bracknell. This role involves supporting customer-focused property repairs, managing tasks, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Full training is provided, with a focus on detail and organization, in a supportive office environment.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level - Customer Repairs Administrator to support the delivery of customer focused reactive property repairs.

This is a fully office based position based in Bracknell - so having a driving license would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately keeping systems up to date, including logging of new jobs and entry of reports from field-based staff
Liaising with customers, residents. and third-parties to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of repairs
Organise and prioritise tasks to support compliance with KPI's
Coordinate DBS applications for the staff of the company
Key Skills & Experience:
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
Strong communication skills
Ideally some experience in Customer service and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Benefits:
Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Salary: up to GBP25,000 basic.
