As a Customer Support agent, you’ll work alongside a team of 30+ agents as we expand our services across the UK. We are fast, reliable, friendly, and conversational with our customers. We avoid jargon and prefer genuine interactions.

Please note: This role is a 0-hour contract. You must be based in and have the right to work in the UK.

You will:

1. Answer tickets via email and live chat.
2. Provide live support to our UK stores to ensure the best customer experience.
3. Assist in building our processes and systems as we scale.
4. Deliver exceptional support using our CRM platforms Kustomer and UJET.
5. Represent Gopuff’s tone of voice and resolve issues in real-time.
6. Work weekends and in shift patterns.

About you:

1. You must be fully flexible and available evenings and weekends.
2. You have the right to work in the UK.
3. You have experience with Customer Service platforms supporting live customer interactions.
4. You have customer-facing experience, handling complaints with empathy and understanding.
5. You are comfortable with technology and troubleshooting across multiple screens showing live orders.
6. You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
7. Speaking a second language is a plus!
8. You can work remotely within the UK.
