We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  2. Support your colleagues and work together to solve problems for customers and members.
  3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by maintaining stock levels, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
  4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to foster team learning.
  5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
