Salary and Contract Details

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract / Full-time (35 hours)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator on a full-time basis to join our dynamic Events Team and help us put pharmacy at the forefront of patient care!

As an Events Coordinator, you will support the coordination of our busy events programme, gaining extensive experience across a significant portfolio of events. The role focuses on administrative and logistical coordination, requiring a process-driven approach, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple events and/or administrative projects simultaneously (ideally 3+ years) (essential)
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines (essential)
  • Process-driven with strong administrative skills (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with members and colleagues at all levels in both verbal and written communication (essential)
  • Quick thinking, proactive, and calm under pressure (essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail (essential)
  • Ability to manage workload, priorities, and time effectively (essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) (essential)
  • Experience in an event environment (desirable)
  • Experience using event management software (desirable)
Working Arrangements

RPS supports a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home with an expectation for collaborative face-to-face work. Typically, this involves 4-8 days per month at our London Office, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
