Job description

Infopro Digital Services Limited is seeking a talented and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the events division in London. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of our high-profile events and conferences across various sectors, notably within the financial services and insurance industries.

As an Event Coordinator, you will play an essential role in planning, organizing, and coordinating our events to ensure they meet the high standards expected by our clients and attendees. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver memorable experiences that align with our brand’s mission and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include managing event logistics, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, coordinating the event timeline, and ensuring that all event details are executed flawlessly. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in developing engaging event formats and content that resonate with our audience.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience working in event coordination or project management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with clients, speakers, and vendors.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, CVENT).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for events and an understanding of the financial services or insurance industries is a plus.

This role may require occasional travel to event locations and working outside regular office hours during events.

This role is based in our London office.
