We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team in London and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

As the Marketing Executive for the UK, you will lead the way in positioning our company, building brand awareness, and creating meaningful customer engagement. You will act as the key link between the local team and the Central Marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Your role will involve coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across Digital, Field, and PR channels, all with the goal of driving revenue, strengthening brand equity, and securing internal stakeholder buy-in and support.

To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:

• Thoughtfully and thoroughly elaborate a yearly plan for Events in the UK along with the Country Manager to raise brand awareness and market penetration.
• Ensure effective budget management by allocating resources strategically across Sponsored Events, Media Agreements, and Local/Regional Activations.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive client acquisition and retention through tailored marketing strategies and activations.
• Work closely with Central PR, Communications, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing communications, with a specific focus on PR and Digital Distribution.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing communications and activations in the region.
• Additional responsibilities may include supporting the CM with office management tasks, internal team coordination, and event organization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on event planning and activations.
• Previous experience in a B2B tech company (AdTech experience is a plus).
• Fluency in the local language and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset, excelling in execution while delivering innovative activations that captivate customers.
• Willingness to travel and host in-person events as needed.
