Department Overview
The Motorola Solutions Customer Experiences and Events team is responsible for ideation, plan development and activation of proprietary and one-of-a-kind internal and external events. The team consists of event and trade show marketing professionals who regularly collaborate across various functional teams (marketing, product groups, sales professionals, leadership and more) helping to bring strategy to life. This team is part of the Marketing organization.
Job Description
This role is primarily remote working with the expectation of travel to event sites and offices when required.
Motorola Solutions is searching for an energetic, detail-oriented and driven Events Coordinator to support the EMEA Events Team in various tasks to assist in the delivery of successful events. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy team for future personal growth and development.
This role will work with the sales and marketing teams, and third-party vendors. You should be comfortable in a hands-on, collaborative, and flexible environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines. The successful candidate will need a ‘can-do’ attitude. This position requires a flexible approach to travel, as necessary.
