Job Description

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team in London and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

As the Marketing Executive for the UK, you will lead the way in positioning our company, building brand awareness, and creating meaningful customer engagement. You will act as the key link between the local team and the Central Marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Your role will involve coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across Digital, Field, and PR channels, all with the goal of driving revenue, strengthening brand equity, and securing internal stakeholder buy-in and support.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Field Marketing team in developing and executing a comprehensive annual omnichannel marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and drive market penetration in the UK, ensuring innovative and high-impact campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop a yearly plan for Events in the specific market to raise brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Manage budgets effectively by allocating resources across Sponsored Events, Media Agreements, and Local/Regional Activations.
  • Work with Sales Managers to drive client acquisition and retention through tailored marketing strategies and activations.
  • Coordinate with Central PR, Communications, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing communications, focusing on PR and Digital Distribution.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing communications and activations in the region.
  • Support office management, internal team coordination, and event organization as needed.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on event planning and activations.
  • Experience in a B2B tech company; AdTech experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in the local language and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, energetic attitude, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic AdTech environment.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovative activations that captivate customers.
  • Willingness to travel and host in-person events as needed.
