Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join their team in London on a full-time basis.

About the Company

The company is a culture-first digital production powerhouse creating content that resonates across social, digital, and broadcast platforms, reaching over 1 billion viewers monthly. They partner with bold brands to craft engaging content and are looking for someone who speaks digital culture.

Location

North London (5 days a week in the office)

Salary

£40,000 + uncapped commission

The Role

The Senior Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business, building relationships, and securing brand and agency partnerships. The role involves working closely with production and creative teams to develop pitches and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead outreach efforts through prospecting, emailing, calling, and social media engagement to convert cold leads into opportunities.
  2. Identify emerging market opportunities by tracking trends and targeting key sectors.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling pitch decks.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, with support from senior leadership.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and webinars to expand the client base.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  7. Update CRM systems, track sales progress, and share insights with the team.
Skills and Experience
  1. Proven success in securing new business in a creative, media, or production environment.
  2. Strong understanding of content, digital platforms, and marketing/creative industries.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  4. Excellent communication skills, confident in emails, meetings, and presentations.
