We are now expanding our presence in the UK market and looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join us on this exciting journey.

We are now expanding our presence in the UK market and looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the UK market, particularly in need of custom software development or digital transformation services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, pitch Trustify’s services, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the Vietnam-based delivery and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records, provide regular sales forecasts, and contribute to go-to-market strategy refinement.
  • Act as the face of Trustify in the UK, helping to build brand awareness and trust.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, ideally in software services or IT outsourcing.
  • Strong network or experience within the UK tech ecosystem or industries heavily reliant on digital services (e.g. retail, travel, finance, healthcare).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and outsourcing business models is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with startups or scale-ups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Prior involvement in UK-based tech events or accelerator programs
