Enthusiastic Floor Manager Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Floor Manager ready to step into a junior management role and advance within their management career. As a vital link between management and staff, you will collaborate closely with senior managers, championing your and your team's career development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
- Drive team sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
- Lead and develop the shopfloor team to ensure high performance, engagement, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopfloor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure regular stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to boost performance and engagement.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
- Drive all additional KPIs, including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
- Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
- Maintain employee satisfaction and engagement survey results at or above company benchmarks.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
- Passionate about retail with a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
- Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards on the shop floor.
