What You'll Be Doing

  • Tailoring Insurance Solutions: Create and present bespoke insurance propositions perfectly aligned with clients' needs and risk profiles.
  • Client Engagement: Lead face-to-face meetings, including renewal presentations, insurance surveys, and relationship-building.
  • Portfolio Management: Grow and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across multiple sectors.
  • New Business Generation: Leverage warm leads and support from the in-house prospecting team to drive new business.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to both new and existing clients, building long-term trust and value.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in a Corporate Account Executive role within commercial insurance
  • ACII or working towards CII qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home on Mondays & Fridays
